A balanced blend of Whites and Vertus Red — the elegance of its dress, the charm of its bouquet.
Eye
Luminous, deep orange-pink with bright pink reflections. Continuous stream of very fine bubbles.
Nose
Delicate, creamy, fruity first nose — wild strawberry, peach, warm cherry, cranberry, liquorice, almond, lemon. Once aerated: flowers, meringue, cotton candy, grapefruit, raspberry liqueur, redcurrant, sweet spices.
Palate
Supple, fresh attack with creamy bubbles. Pulpy, crisp fruitiness underscored by lemon and pink-grapefruit acidity. Chalky influence brings frankness and saltiness.
Finish
Elegant, concentrated finish, mixing silky texture, saltiness and spicy aroma.
