The Terroir

Seven hectares of chalk and light.

A family estate of seven hectares, spread across the terroirs of Cramant and Chouilly, classified Grands Crus, and Vertus, classified Premier Cru.

The estate

The vines are planted on the best-exposed slopes. Here, from vineyard to cellar, every step is a quest for perfection. The meticulous and passionate work of François is rewarded after long months of patience, when the new cuvées unveil their signature bouquet.

« Every year, the vines teach us a little more. »
