Premier Cru
Cuvée GL
Vertus
A champagne for every occasion — elegance, freshness, pleasure.
Eye
Luminous, deep pale yellow color with bright yellow reflections. Light and ephemeral mousse, continuous stream of fine bubbles rising.
Nose
Expressive, floral and creamy first nose — wet and creamy chalk, acacia and wallflower blossoms, raspberry, lemon, pear. Once aerated: fresh hazelnut, milk caramel, fresh meringue, verbena and linden leaves tea, wild asparagus, acacia honey, white peach.
Palate
Supple attack with creamy bubbles. Pulpy and delicately velvety fruitiness, underscored by a fresh and integrated lemony acidity. A fleshier mid-palate, thanks to a touch of pinot noir and the creamy structure of the chalk.
Finish
Tangy freshness keeps the balance, leading to a richer, fruitier, more melted finish.
