Grand Cru — Blanc de Blancs
Cuvée Perlée
Cramant
A subtle nectar with light, delicate mousse, born of a centuries-old method.
Eye
Clear, luminous appearance, very pale yellow with bright yellow reflections. Continuous stream of fine bubbles.
Nose
Delicate first nose that caresses your mucosa — creamy chalk, sea spray, albedo of lemon, verbena. Once aerated: fresh grapes, acacia blossoms, hints of fresh hazelnut.
Palate
Supple attack with creamy bubbles. Pulpy, crisp fruitiness underscored by taut lemony acidity. Refined mid-palate, carried by sea spray and precise fruit — chiseled and saline.
Finish
Enduring finish, marked by sea spray and lemony freshness.
