Grand Cru — Blanc de Blancs
Cramant Extra-Brut
Cramant
The balance of freshness, the chalk's creamy texture and fruit richness.
Eye
Clear, fluid appearance, deep pale yellow with bright yellow reflections. Continuous stream of very fine bubbles.
Nose
Elegant first nose, typical of Cramant — creamy chalk, acacia blossom, fresh cream, sea spray. Once aerated: hazelnut, pear, peppermint, liquorice, nougat, milk caramel.
Palate
Supple attack with creamy bubbles. Pulpy fruitiness sustained by a fresh, integrated lemony acidity. A creamy mid-palate that caresses the palate and enhances fruity aromas.
Finish
Smooth, fresh, lingering balance — creamy chalk texture and fruit richness.
